Lastly, if you have made the difficult decision that you need to place your dog with a rescue organization, we would be happy to assist you. Please complete & submit the on-line form below and we'll be in touch! If you don't hear from us within 10 days, please call 708.572.4552 to ensure it actually got to us. Please note that there is a surrender fee for each dog. Typically, this can run from $50-$100 depending on whether the dog is up to date on its medical exams and shots. If you are surrendering because of financial reasons, we do offer assistance for this fee on a case by case basis.
